I recently obtained my short sale and foreclosure certification after taking a comprehensive class offered by the Florida Realtor Association. Although I am already very experience at dealing with the problems and nuances that come from handling these types of transactions this has given me a much broader in depth knowledge of how to handle all aspects of short sales and foreclosures and will keep me updated on any changes that occur. I have a comprehensive package to assist sellers in handling short sales with their banks and will be able to help buyers better understand the step by step process that comes with purchasing a short sale property. It is important to be there for a seller who is having trouble dealing with their bank or understanding whether they will qualify for a short sale and if it will be less detrimental to their credit. All buyers are also not good candidates for short sale properties. Many of my clients are looking for a home they can purchase during a specific period of time and cannot indefinitely wait for a response from the bank. Ormond By the Sea

It is a lovely morning in Ormond Beach, a little windy outside but sunny and beautiful. Today I am showing some houses in a community called Ormond By the Sea.
